Expected End Ministries, residents will live in a nurturing home environment with the support of individuals, organizations, agencies, and in-house programs to help them succeed in reaching independent living status.
Must have full-time employment to qualify for program. Non-custodial Status
Women who are accepted into the program will be assigned a bed, offered a great home cooked meal and good night’s rest. The next day, she is assigned to a resident care aide to begin the process of short and long term goal setting and one-on-one counseling. Residents are provided with a care package that includes toiletries.
In order to ensure health care needs are met, the women begin the process of acquiring affordable health care, if their place of employment does offer it. In addition, they sign up for GED classes, and begin cooking courses and money management workshops. Women are also offered workshops for hair care, make up and beauty tips on a budget. The goal is to assess the total woman, discover her needs and help her to transition into independent living.
